Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the NutriCoach AI mobile application ("App") operated by NutriCoach AI ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NutriCoach AI is an AI-powered diet coaching application that provides personalized meal plans, nutritional guidance, recipes, and shopping lists. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations based on your profile and preferences.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: NutriCoach AI is NOT a medical service. The App provides general nutritional guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or are taking medications.

We are not responsible for any health consequences resulting from following the App's suggestions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your health, allergies, and dietary restrictions
• You are responsible for verifying that meal suggestions are safe for your specific health conditions
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means

5. AI-Generated Content

All meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Calorie counts and nutritional values are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, features, and functionality are owned by NutriCoach AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
