End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and NutriCoach AI ("Licensor") for the use of the NutriCoach AI mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

3. AI-Generated Content

The App generates content using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated meal plans, recipes, and nutritional advice are for informational purposes only
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice
• Generated content may contain inaccuracies

4. Subscription Terms

If the App offers subscription-based features:

• Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Third-Party Terms

The App uses third-party services (OpenAI, Supabase) subject to their own terms and conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. Apple's Role

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the Licensor only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App.
